RealmIPTV DMCA & Copyright Policy
RealmIPTV respects the rights of content owners. This page explains what we do and do not control, and how to send us a copyright notice that we can act on.
Last updated · 30 August 2026
1. Our position
RealmIPTV is a technical service provider. We do not host, store, own, produce, upload or broadcast any of the audio or video content delivered through third-party servers, and we hold no rights in it. We provide access software and connectivity to streams supplied by third parties.
Because the content is not stored on our systems, we cannot edit or take down the underlying material. What we can do — and do promptly — is stop routing a stream identified in a valid notice, and act against a customer shown to be using the service unlawfully.
2. Sending a notice
Send copyright notices to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. To be actionable, a notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, precise enough for us to locate it — the exact channel or stream name as it appears in our line-up.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
3. What happens next
- We acknowledge every valid notice within 48 hours.
- Where the material is identified precisely enough, we remove the corresponding stream from our line-up promptly, usually within 72 hours.
- We keep a record of notices received and the action taken.
- Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing rather than ignored.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that its removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts shown to use the service for unlawful redistribution are terminated without refund. We also terminate any reseller relationship implicated in the same conduct.
6. Customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service is lawful where they live, as set out in our Terms of Service. If you have received a notice relating to your line, contact us through the contact page and we will help you resolve it.
7. Misuse of this process
Knowingly filing a false claim carries liability under section 512(f) of the DMCA. We report bad-faith notices that appear designed to disrupt a competitor rather than protect a work.
